Sponsor's Background Check & Training Video
To help ensure the safety of every camper, each adult sponsor (21 years old or older) is requried to undergo a background check and to view a training video and then take a short test over the information contained in the video. This must be done every two years and is Texas state law. Just click the "Register for Background Check & Training Video" button below and complete the registration form and pay the $10 fee online. The next day instructions including password and login ID will be e-mailed back to you from safecamps.net enabling you to go online to view the video and take the test. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder. Any request for background check received after 5:00pm Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. This process must be completed at least 24 hours prior to arriving at camp.
