IMPORTANT
Please see that the person responsible for camp promotion reads this information and that all campers have seen the rules and dress codes and agree with them before coming to camp.
PREREGISTRATION
Preregister your group online by clicking on the "Register Online Now" button above. Completion of this form which includes payment of the $5.00 per camper preregistration fee must be done at least one week prior to your camp date. Each camper not registered at least one week before the camp date will be charged a $5.00 late fee. No registration will be accepted by phone, but if you have changes that need to be made after your registration has been mailed, you may make those changes by phone, fax, or e-mail. Preregistration for summer camps will not be accepted before May 1. If you want to be housed with another church group or want to be housed in the dorms, please indicate that somewhere on your registration form. Do not wait until you get to camp to inform us of special housing requests or needs because the cabins will have already been assigned. Any changes in housing needs that are made after you get to camp will slow down the registration process.
REGISTRATION
Each camp group begins registration at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday and the camp concludes on Friday morning. The first meal served is the evening meal on Tuesday and the last meal is breakfast or brunch on Friday. No group is to arrive on the campgrounds before 12 noon on the day you register. No group will occupy their cabin until they have personally registered and paid their camp fees at the camp office.
MEDICAL and photo RELEASE FORMS
Each camper and sponsor must fill out a Medical and Photo Release form and turn it in at the office in order to be registered and insured. Click on the Release form button above to view, download, and/or print the Medical and Photo Release form.
CAMPER INSURANCE
Covers all accidents and illnesses except those that are preexisting conditions. This coverage is limited to $3,000.00 for each incident and covers them while they are on the campgrounds.
PROGRAMS
The camp dates, fees, and activities are listed in this site. Schedules will be available at the camp office when you register.
CAMP FEE
Camp fees include all activities, meals, lodging and insurance. Things not covered by the camp fee are paddle boat rides, bookstore purchases, canteen purchases, ping pong balls, bagged ice and extra milk at breakfast.
DORM REGISTRATIONS
The air conditioned dorms will be filled on a first come-first served basis with preference given to churches who support the camp ministry through monthly offerings. Regular support makes it possible for the camp to have upgraded facilities. Reservations for the air conditioned dorms will be accepted beginning on May 1st each year. All other cabins are cooled with two (2) window units in them.
CABIN RESERVATION
When a separate cabin is requested for less than 14 campers, a $25.00 maintenance fee will be charged.
