Online, easy-to-use 2010 annual church letter

DiscipleGuide’s annual Church Letter provides information about BMAA churches, departments, and agencies that is compiled in the BMAA Directory and Handbook and online at www.DiscipleGuide.org.

HERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:

Please read instructions carefully.

1. Click on CHURCH LETTER at the bottom of this page.

2. Complete the form online (four pages).

3. One of the first things you'll do is to supply the association and church name at the top of the first page. First, locate the "Association" line near the top. On the right end of the line is a button. Click on the button and you'll see a drop-down list of associations. Simply select your association in the list. Next, locate the "Church name" line. It also has a button on the right end of the line. Click on it and select your church from the list. 

4. If you don't complete the form in one sitting, save it so you can finish it later by clicking on the "Save via E-mail" button at the bottom of the page. A copy of your partially completed Church Letter will be e-mailed as an attachment to the address you specify.

5. Once you complete the annual Church Letter form, click the "Submit" button on page 4 and your data will be submitted to DiscipleGuide. A copy of the form will be e-mailed to you as an attachment (a PDF document). Again, you will want to save this e-mail and document for future use and reference. For example, you'll need to print copies later and fill in elected messengers so you can send or deliver the form to your annual local and state association meetings.

Note: Please make sure you’re online anytime you click "Save via E-mail" or "Submit" on the Church Letter form. Also, after saving or submitting, be sure to wait until you receive your confirmation e-mail with the PDF file attached before closing your form.
