Back Order Policy
If the item you ordered is out of stock, you have the following options for your convenience.
1. We can place it on backorder and send it to you when we receive it.
2. If there are several items on your order, we can hold your order and ship it when everything is in stock.
3. You can change the shipping method to U. S. Postal Service. With this option a tracking number is not available, but is less expensive for just one or two items.
Please remember, shipping is charged only on the items shipped. If an item is backordered, shipping is not charged for that item until it is actually shipped.

The following dates are the earliest you may place an order for the quarter and the date shipping will begin.
Spring Quarter - January 3 - Ships February 5
Summer Quarter - April 3 - Ships May 5
Fall Quarter - July 3 - Ships August 5
Winter Quarter - October 3 - Ships November 5
If an e-mail address is provided, you will be notified by e-mail the day the order ships, and it will include the tracking number if sent by UPS or FedEx.

Return Policy
Literature can be returned for full credit if we receive it by the following dates:
Spring quarter - April 15
Summer quarter - July 15
Fall quarter - October 15
Winter quarter - January 15
All returned merchandise is to be returned in salable condition. A copy of the invoice or the invoice number along with the name of the church will need to be included in each box returned. If literature is received after the deadline, no credit will be given.
Most church supplies are non-returnable. Call 800-333-1442 to get a prior return authorization on supplies. If supplies are returned without an authorization, no credit will be given.
All other material will be accepted and full credit given within 90 days of purchase, as long as merchandise is received in salable condition.
Vacation Bible School material is returnable for full credit. Call customer service at 800-333-1442 for the current deadline.
A credit memo will be sent to you once we receive returned items.
All items should be returned to DiscipleGuide Church Resources, 4613 Loop 245, Texarkana, AR 71854. The U.S. Postal Service allows you to return published materials using the library postal rate.
Standing Order Policy
When placing your order, please specify if you want to establish a standing order. We will need the following information:
• Name of church
• Billing address
• Ship to name
• Ship to address
• Church account number
• A daytime telephone number for the person who places orders and an e-mail address if available
• Phone number for church
To make changes to a standing order during the year, the deadlines for each quarter are:
Spring - January 1
Summer - April 1
Fall - July 1
Winter - October 1
When you call concerning your order, please specify that you have a standing order.
If an e-mail address is provided, you will receive a notification by e-mail before the order deadline that will include a copy of your order, and at this time you’ll have an opportunity to make changes.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with the tracking number if shipped UPS or FedEx.
