How to Order
There are several different ways you can order from DiscipleGuide Church Resources.
1. Order online at www.discipleguide.org
2. Mail a completed order form to DiscipleGuide Church Resources, 4613 Loop 245, Texarkana, AR 71854.
3. Fax a completed order form to the attention of customer service at 870-772-5451.
4. Call 800-333-1442, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
Payment Methods
You may purchase products by credit card, check, or with your DiscipleGuide church account number. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Account payment terms are net in thirty days from the date of the invoice. If you are interested in opening a church account, contact our customer service department at 800-333-1442. We do not open charge accounts for individuals.
Shipping Options
Rates vary widely based on the shipping method, weight, whether the order is shipped to a residence, to a church, or to another business. For this reason we are unable to quote exact shipping prices for all shipping methods on the Web site. The shipping methods we use are:
U.S. Postal Service 4th class only
UPS - ground, 3rd day, 2nd day, or overnight
FedEx - ground, home delivery, 3rd day, 2nd day, overnight
NOTE: UPS and FedEx cannot ship to a post office box.

1. Must I have an account with DiscipleGuide to order from the Web site?
No. You may place an order online using your credit card. We would prefer churches set up an account by calling 800-333-1442 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday thru Friday. We do not set up accounts for individuals.
2. May I sign up to receive my orders automatically every quarter?

3. May I return unused Sunday School literature?
Yes, in compliance with our Return Policy. The materials must be unmarked and in salable condition. Click here to view our return policy. [link to Return Policy in Customer Policies]
4. What happens if I return literature after the deadline?
No credit will be given if returned after deadline. Click here for deadlines. [link to Return Policy]
5. Can I photocopy DiscipleGuide materials?
Our materials are copyrighted. To photocopy copyrighted material is illegal.
6. Do you sell customer information to other companies?
We respect your privacy and never sell or distribute information regarding customers to any other companies. We may contact you from time to time regarding DiscipleGuide materials and services.
7. I am a writer. Do you accept manuscripts or articles for publications?
DiscipleGuide does not accept unsolicited manuscripts. All writing
projects are done on an assignment basis according to the editors’
specific needs.
8. Can I receive samples of your Sunday School literature?
You can receive samples by calling customer service at 800-333-1442.
9. Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
If you ordered online, you will receive an automatic confirmation. A second confirmation will be sent when the order is shipped. All orders will receive an e-mail notification if an e-mail address is provided.
10. Is everything you sell listed on your Web site?
All items we sell are not on the Web site. The DiscipleGuide products are all listed, but we also sell products of other vendors that are not. If there is an item you are looking for, please contact us at 800-333-1442 or e-mail us at mmay@discipleguide.org or meghan@discipleguide.org.
11. Do you provide training for Sunday School teachers?

12. Do you have Vacation Bible School material?
We offer Vacation Bible School material each year from four leading vendors.
The material is ready to order the second week of February. For brochures on this material please contact customer service at 800-333-1442.
